REGULATIONS FOR EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS

  • ​Access to suppliers (decoration, catering, furniture, etc.) is 3 hours before the event. If additional time is required, the cost of the staff shift of $600.00 MXN or $1,100.00 MXN must be covered according to the additional assembly time required.
    There is a maximum of one hour to dismantle at the end of the event. If additional time is required, overtime must be paid for the staff on duty.

  • Any forgotten item will be donated if it is not claimed and collected after 3 days of the event.

  • The cost to access external food and/or beverage providers is $5,000.00 MXN and they must bring everything required for their service.

  • The kitchen and area in general must be delivered clean and in the same conditions upon completion of use.

  • Any damage caused by any supplier will be charged from the guarantee deposit of $10,000.00 MXN on behalf of the client, which must be delivered in cash, before the suppliers enter.

  • No pyrotechnics, diamonds, graffiti or anything similar is allowed.

  • Access to external DJs, mariachis, trios, musical groups or karaoke is not permitted.

  • Brocante does not have an agreement or exclusivity with any supplier, so it disclaims any responsibility, whether the supplier brought by the client or recommended by us.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ANY AREA OF BROCANTE TERRACE AND BROCANTE SOLARIO. IF SURPRISED, STAFF WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR SERVICE.
