It is prohibited to invade the sidewalk to make assemblies of any kind.

Fireworks, sparklers, sparklers, cold pyrotechnics, paper machine, bazooka throwing confetti, graffiti, diamonds, spray foam or anything similar that could damage the space are not allowed.

Access to external DJs, mariachis, trios, musical groups, karaoke, rock bands, northern bands is not permitted.

Only allowed: Soloists, duos, trios, jazz bands, violinists, saxophonists and the house DJ.

Any forgotten item will be donated if it is not claimed and collected after 3 days of the event.
EXTERNAL VENDORS
If you prefer to work with third-party providers of your choice, we give you the freedom to do so. However, we must mention that there are restrictions to ensure quality, safety and compliance with our standards. We can provide you with a list of approved providers and the requirements they must meet.
Information for exteral vendors

Access to vendors (decorations, catering, furniture, etc.) is allowed starting at 10:00 AM from Monday to Friday, or 3 hours before the event in case of a morning event. On Sundays, access is allowed 3 hours before the event. If additional time is required, the cost of the staff's shift will be covered at $600.00 MXN per employee.

Brocante Terraza does not have any agreement or exclusivity with any vendor, thus disclaiming any responsibility, whether the vendor is brought by the client or recommended by us.

Any damage caused by a vendor will be deducted from the $10,000.00 MXN security deposit on the client's account.
