It is mandatory to hire our waitstaff and bar staff to handle our tableware. Please consult your event coordinator for the required number of staff for your event. All staff services are billed for a minimum of 5 hours. – All staff services are charged at double rates on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1.

Waiter
Service for 5 hours. Additional shifts can be quoted separately. One waiter is required for every 10 guests to ensure efficient service. Gratuity is optional and not included.

Valet Parking (max. 30 cars)
Service provided for 5 hours. Trained staff responsible for receiving vehicles, as we do NOT have on-site parking. Guests must be informed in advance that vehicle keys must be left with the valet parking staff. Additional parking space can be quoted if required. Extra hours can be quoted separately if the service is needed for more than 5 hours.

Service duration: 5 hours. Trained staff in charge of receiving vehicles, as we do not have on-site parking. Maximum of 60 cars. Guests must be informed that they are required to leave their car keys with the valet parking staff. Please request a quote for additional hours if service is needed beyond 5 hours.

It is important that cleaning staff remain on-site for the entire duration of the event to avoid any issues related to cleanliness or necessary supplies. For events with 50 guests or more, two cleaning staff members are recommended. Gratuity is optional and not included

External vendor access
Price per event. Charged only for external vendor access for the use of kitchen equipment and utilities (gas, electricity, and water). The external vendor must bring all their own kitchen utensils (knives, cutting boards, pots, etc., as well as cleaning supplies). If tableware is required, it can be rented only when also hiring our waitstaff. (Does not include dishwashing.) An additional cleaning staff member can be provided at an extra cost if needed
