EXTERNAL VENDOR ACCESS
The external vendor must bring all their own kitchen equipment (knives, cutting boards, pots, etc.), as well as their cleaning supplies. If tableware is required, it can only be rented by also hiring our waitstaff. (Dishwashing service is not included.) If an additional cleaning staff member is needed, it will incur an extra cost.
